Welcome Hannah Feldhacker: Bitfreighter’s New Project Success Manager

As we chart the future of logistics technology, Bitfreighter welcomes an experienced new member to the team - Hannah Feldhacker, our Project Success Manager. A Nashville native and a freight industry veteran, Hannah brings her unique insights and expertise to help us navigate the continually evolving logistics landscape.

Before joining Bitfreighter, Hannah made significant strides in the transportation industry over the past five years. Starting as a broker and corporate trainer with Trident Transport, Hannah climbed her way up to become the Manager of Strategic Development at Tranco Global. This experience has given her a unique perspective on the needs and challenges of 3PL companies, and we're excited to see how she applies this knowledge to her work at Bitfreighter.

At Bitfreighter, Hannah’s role as a Project Success Manager is a pivotal one. She’s our behind-the-scenes maestro, coordinating resources, overseeing deadlines, and offering insightful recommendations that ensure each project we undertake reaches its full potential. With every day at Bitfreighter presenting unique challenges and opportunities, Hannah is thrilled to be building something truly significant for the company.

But what attracted Hannah to Bitfreighter and the logistics industry? For her, the answer lies in building relationships. She’s excited to step away from the competitive aspects of 3PL and instead provide resources and solutions that companies can rely on. Bitfreighter’s approach resonated with Hannah, allowing her to be part of a team that genuinely cares about its customers' success.

When asked about her experience with Bitfreighter’s company culture, Hannah is all praises. Although initially apprehensive about the fully remote setup, she was pleasantly surprised by the team's camaraderie and support. Everyone at Bitfreighter is unapologetically themselves, creating a supportive, refreshing work environment that Hannah appreciates. It's this genuine connection and support from her teammates that's making her remote work experience truly fulfilling.

When it comes to unwinding after a busy day, Hannah enjoys spending time with her friends and her two dogs, with a good beer in hand. She’s brought her spirit of camaraderie and zest for life to Bitfreighter, adding to our company’s dynamic and inclusive culture.

We're thrilled to welcome Hannah to the Bitfreighter team. With her industry know-how and her ability to, as she puts it, “get shit done”, we know she’ll play a key role in the success of our projects and the growth of Bitfreighter. Welcome aboard, Hannah!
